Scope of delivery
Infrared radiation (thermal imaging camera): The thermal imaging function does not use active illumination, but instead detects the infrared radiation (IR) emitted by objects. This radiation is invisible to the human eye, but is converted by the camera into a color-coded thermal image. The display shows a false-color representation in which warm areas appear red and cold areas appear blue, for example. The video endoscope emits visible light (LED) for illumination, while the thermal imaging function receives passive infrared radiation from objects but does not emit any IR radiation itself. |
