A video endoscope is basically an extension of your vision-for places you would otherwise never be able to reach. The device consists of a camera on the probe head, a light source, and a flexible (or rigid) shaft that leads to tight spaces. You can see the image live on a screen. This helps, for example, with visual inspections of pipes, systems, cavities – anywhere where it is not possible to simply “take a look inside.” Video endoscopes are often used for non-destructive testing or pressure vessel testing. And the great thing is that you can see immediately what is going on.

This is called video endoscopy. You don't need any complicated dismantling, special cameras, or flashlights. The image is transmitted directly to a display, and many systems also offer recording or zoom functions. This is particularly helpful for regular maintenance, inspections, or when you need to document something-for example, for the TÜV. And depending on the model, you can even switch between white light, UV, or infrared.

Basically, whenever you want to know what's going on inside something without taking it apart. Typical applications include pressure vessel testing, weld inspection, machine maintenance, and visual inspection during non-destructive testing. Video endoscopes are also regularly used for pipelines, turbines, and quality assurance. They save time, avoid unnecessary repairs, and provide a clear picture instead of just guesswork. This can make all the difference, especially in confined or sensitive areas.

Whether for simple visual inspections or demanding industrial inspections, we have exactly the right endoscope to meet your requirements. Key factors include functions such as image storage, suitable light sources, and frequency of use. Benefit from our experience and let us advise you individually to find the optimal solution for your application.
