SUPERLITE I 06

EFFICIENT FLAW DETECTION WITH THE PUREST UV LIGHT

THE FIRST CHOICE FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING WITH UV LIGHT

Developed in close consultation with leading manufacturers from the aerospace industry, the SUPERLITE I 06 is a compact LED excitation light source for standard-compliant fluorescent penetrant inspection. It is suitable for all applications that call for the purest UV light with no white light component. For spatial orientation or for documentation purposes, however, the SUPERLITE I 06 can also be switched to white light. This is done without any delay, either via a button on the front panel or with the optional foot switch. The intensity of each of the two LED modules can be adjusted digitally and independently of the other, and the settings made are retained even when the unit is switched off. Operation is simple and self-explanatory.

POWER VARIANTS FOR DIFFERENT WORKSTATIONS

The SUPERLITE I 06 is also available ex works with lower-power UV LED modules, providing an optimum control range at shorter working distances.

VERSATILE IN USE

Thanks to interchangeable adapters, light guides from a range of different makes can be connected. Lumatec fluid light guides are available in various lengths and diameters, and also with endoscope connectors or a 90° mirror attachment at the light outlet.
